About us

BrainTrade was founded in the summer of 2000.
The name represents a new startup, while
simultaneously expressing our society’s own
self-conception “to trade using one’s brains”.

We are a subsidiary company of all German
stock exchanges, and we operate the exchange
trading system XONTRO and the funds
settlement platform INVESTRO.
